The Initiation Fee
is a one-time charge for each year's regular
membership and is waived if the first year's
charges are paid fully in advance. If
renewed fully in advance, only 11 months' fees
are charged; the 12th month is free.
Monthly installments
are due on or before the first day of each
month. Any member
more than
30 days in arrears must pay on a drop
basis.
Memberships are
non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations must be in writing and submitted
30 days in advance of the desired end date.
A $10 processing fee will be charged to suspend
("freeze") or downgrade any membership.
Freeze requests must be in writing, stating the
reason and return date, and must be approved by
management. No suspension will be granted
for more than one year. (This applies to
Annual Memberships only; Corporate Wellness
Memberships cannot be suspended.)
